Lodge on the Desert features a wide variety of rooms - from historic to Deluxe. All rooms are $99 (Suites are more), and include breakfast.
Originally designed as a private residence, the Lodge opened for business with seven guest roms in 1936. Today the 103 room boutique hotel is an Arizona landmark and Tucson tradition with an intimate residential setting. Secluded pathways meander among palms, native cacti and manicured lawns. Charming hacienda style accommodations (many with balconies) are relaxing with a distinct Southwestern feel.
If you need transfers from the airport you should be able to get a taxi as there are typically 20 or more waiting for arriving passengers. The hotel will gladly arrange a taxi pickup for you on departure - just ask them in advance so your ride will be waiting.
Airport shuttle service is available from Arizona Stagecoach. Contact them to book your personal transfes if you prefer that to taxi service.
Early Departure Fee
Should a guest depart prior to the agreed upon departure date at the time of check in, an early departure fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the guest.
Cut Off Date
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the special rate High Chaparral Reunion room block is October 13th, 2011. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local Tucson time at Lodge on the Desert on the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
